These Terms govern the use of Odzy, an AI analysis tool for salespeople, accessible at odzy.io and through the Odzy Chrome extension.
Access to Odzy requires creating an account. Users agree to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.
Odzy is a sales preparation aid. AI-generated analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Users remain solely responsible for their commercial decisions.
It is forbidden to use Odzy to:
— Process personal data without an appropriate legal basis
— Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
— Use the service for illegal purposes
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for the data they enter into Odzy, including information about their prospects.
Odzy and all of its components (logo, interface, code) are the exclusive property of their creators. Generated analyses belong to the user.
Odzy is provided "as is". We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated analyses. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the month preceding the incident.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email of any substantial change.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Belgium.
