Odzy is an AI analysis tool for salespeople, accessible at odzy.io. The data controller is Livio Ferreira, reachable at hello@revlineapp.io.
We collect the following data:
— Account data: email, first name, password (irreversibly hashed via Supabase Auth)
— Sales profile data: product sold, sector, ICP, average deal size, sales cycle, selling style, methodology
— Analysis data: deal information entered or detected (company, contact, amount, stage), AI-generated analysis results, post-call debriefs written by the user
— CRM connection data: HubSpot OAuth tokens (access and refresh), encrypted at rest in our database
Your data is used exclusively to:
— Personalize AI analyses based on your sales profile
— Save the history of your analyzed deals
— Enrich analyses with your CRM data (at your explicit request)
— Improve the quality of the service
We never sell your data to third parties and use no analytics tool that sees the content of your deals.
Your structured data (account, profile, deals, debriefs, CRM tokens) is stored at Supabase on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in Ireland (region eu-west-1). None of this data leaves the European Union for storage.
Our technical sub-processors are:
— Supabase (Ireland, EU): database and authentication — SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant.
— Vercel (Frankfurt, EU): web app hosting — SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant.
— Anthropic (United States): AI inference via the Claude model. During each analysis, the deal context is transmitted for processing. The transfer to the United States is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. According to Anthropic's commercial API terms: no use to train models, no storage beyond processing.
— HubSpot: source CRM accessed read-only via OAuth, at your initiative.
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@revlineapp.io. Deletion is effective within a maximum of 30 days.
Under GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@revlineapp.io. We respond within a maximum of 30 days.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Odzy uses only strictly necessary cookies for service operation (authentication session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are placed.
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive tokens, RLS (Row Level Security) at the database level, data access limited to strictly necessary operations.
We reserve the right to modify this policy. Users will be notified by email of any substantial change.
