How do I create a Odzy account?

Go to app.odzy.io/signup and fill in the form. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Go to app.odzy.io/login and click "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link by email.

How do I log out?

In the app, go to Settings and click "Sign out" at the bottom of the page.

Chrome extension

How do I install the Chrome extension?

Download the ZIP file provided when you signed up. Unzip it, then go to chrome://extensions, enable developer mode and click "Load unpacked".

The extension doesn't detect my HubSpot deal

Make sure you're on a contact or deal page in HubSpot. Reload the page then open the extension. If the issue persists, write to us at hello@revlineapp.io.

HubSpot integration

How do I connect my HubSpot?

In the app, go to Settings → Integrations → click "Connect HubSpot". You'll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize access.

HubSpot shows a security warning

That's normal during beta — our app is being reviewed by HubSpot. Type "I accept the risks" to continue. Your data is secure.

How do I disconnect HubSpot?

In Settings → Integrations → click "Disconnect" next to HubSpot.

Credits & billing

How do credits work?

Each analysis consumes credits: 1 credit for a simple analysis, 3 credits for an enriched HubSpot analysis, 2 credits for a re-analysis. Your balance is visible in the app navbar and in the extension.
